ESTEPONA MALAGA PROJECT
Villa Estepona is conceived as a high-end contemporary home in which architecture, interior design and landscape are naturally integrated to give shape to an elegant, serene and deeply livable space.
The proposal is based on a composition of pure volumes and horizontal lines that provide solidity, balance and a very careful architectural image. The façade combines natural stone, continuous cladding, vertical slats and large glazed surfaces, generating a sober and timeless language in which light, texture and proportion take on a leading role.
Inside, the house is organized from open and fluid spaces, where living room, dining room and kitchen coexist in continuity with the exterior. Large openings connect the main rooms with the garden and pool, enhancing the visual amplitude and the entry of natural light. The sculptural staircase, integrated into an interior garden environment, acts as the centerpiece of the project and reinforces the sense of continuity between architecture, nature and interior design.
The selection of materials responds to a criterion of warmth, sophistication and durability. Neutral tones, natural woods, stone, glass and clean reading finishes envelop each room with a serene and refined aesthetic. Spaces such as the main bathroom, conceived as a wellness area, or the fitness room, designed with the same aesthetic demands as the rest of the house, elevate the whole to a residential experience of maximum comfort.
The result is a villa where design, functionality and construction quality coexist in balance, giving shape to an exclusive home designed to be enjoyed to the fullest and to last over time.
