SABADELL CHANGE OF USE PROJECT

This change of use project was based on a space that was not originally a dwelling. The intervention involved a comprehensive transformation aimed at completely redefining the way of living, structuring the new distribution around a central courtyard integrated in the middle of the house. This operation was key to introducing natural light into the heart of the building and making the bedrooms and living-dining room open up to an interior space full of light, ventilation and spaciousness.

As a natural extension of this core, the courtyard incorporates a staircase leading to the upper terrace, generating a direct connection between the interior and a new outdoor space of great value for the house. The result is a house reorganized with criteria, where light, distribution and spatial continuity become the real protagonists.
