PROYECTO NOU MEXIC PEDRALBES – ARQFAI

Located in Pedralbes, the Nou Mèxic project is conceived as a home with clean lines, where the interior architecture prioritises spaciousness, visual continuity and the influx of natural light. The design combines a contemporary, understated aesthetic with high-quality materials, meticulous finishes and a layout designed to enhance the sense of comfort, order and elegance.
The living areas are organised around a striking kitchen, integrated with the dining room and living areas, creating a fluid relationship between functionality and design. The interior design is based on a neutral palette, bespoke joinery, continuous cladding and a selection of elements that bring warmth without compromising on a sophisticated look.
In the private areas, the bedrooms, dressing rooms and bathrooms maintain the same formal language, with clean-lined solutions, integrated volumes and a special attention to construction detail. The result is a balanced, light-filled and timeless home, where every room has been designed to convey serenity, quality and exclusivity.
