S’AGARÒ PROJECT

380 m² house built by Nugasol using a modular and industrialized system, with manufacture in the workshop and assembly planned on site to optimize deadlines, precision and quality of finish. The construction solution is based on a high-performance envelope, a careful coordination between structure, installations and carpentry, and an exhaustive control of joints, seals and connections. All this allowed us to combine efficiency, sustainability and constructive precision with high quality finishes and a first class interior design, achieving a balanced synthesis between innovation, comfort and aesthetic excellence.
