FERRAN VALLS-SANT GERVACI – KLOOS STUDIO (integral renovation and interior design)

The integral reform of the Ferran Valls project is distinguished by the use of noble materials such as marble and natural wood, worked with a high level of craftsmanship. A new, more open layout has been designed, where natural light flows thanks to the enlargement of openings and the integration of indirect lighting solutions. Custom carpentry and custom finishes reinforce the home’s unique identity, while the visual and material connection between interior and exterior provides spaciousness and continuity. The result is a contemporary, functional and sophisticated space, executed under strict standards of constructive precision.
