In this project, significant modifications were made to the distribution, which allowed optimizing the routes and achieving more spacious and functional rooms. The images show renovated spaces with a contemporary style, where natural light flows evenly thanks to the opening of large windows and the reorganization of the main areas.

The finishes stand out for the combination of noble materials and neutral tones, creating an elegant and timeless atmosphere. The continuous stone flooring and custom woodwork add unity and sophistication, while the selected wall coverings reinforce the feeling of comfort.

The relocation of the kitchen and the redefinition of social areas favored a better integration with the exterior, enhancing the relationship between the house, the garden and the views. The result is a villa that combines exclusivity, modernity and functionality, executed with technical precision and attention to detail.
