SUPERSERVIS SUPERMARKETS – CREA ARQUITECTURA

At Nugasol we have extensive experience in comprehensive renovations of shopping centers and retail spaces, where technical precision and speed of execution are essential to ensure the success of each project. The case of the Superservis shopping center in Sarrià is a representative example: we started from an existing shopping mall that was completely demolished to make way for a new concept of commercial space. The work included the total demolition of the interior, the complete renovation of facilities and the reconfiguration of the layout to house a large-format supermarket, as well as specific areas for a butcher’s shop, restaurant and cafeteria. The result is a contemporary, functional space adapted to the new demands of the end customer, combining operational efficiency, user comfort and quality finishes. Thanks to a turnkey project management, we coordinated all the trades and delivered a modern and dynamic center in the heart of Sarrià.
